I am so grateful for you! Not only do you open up my sporadic posts and read them, you click over to the podcast and you leave kind words on both. If you find my words helpful, God gets all the glory for that!
Most of all, thank you for making your marriage and marriage bed a priority.
It may seem silly that I thank you for that. But, I truly want to commend you. Deciding to make a change is a beautiful decision but it can also be work. Keep seeking, keep asking, keep knocking.
In this season of gratefulness, I ask you to do one simple exercise. Look at your spouse and find what you are grateful for about them. If you are in a hard place right now, gratefulness is especially important to find. When you find it, tell your spouse what you are grateful for. Don’t just think it, say it out loud! Spoken words of kindness have incredible power to warm up a cold heart. Today, fight for your marriage with gratefulness!
“…I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers and asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in your knowledge of Him,” Ephesians 3:16-17.
I want to wish all my US readers a Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m truly thankful for you and all of the Christian sex bloggers that are trying to make a difference. I hope you can help change the culture inside the church, especially for women that don’t give sex any kind of importance. Thank you for all that you do and may God bless you.
Thank you for the kind words, Brian. I pray this prayer with you. I know my podcast partners have the same prayer, as well. Happy Thanksgiving!!
Another way you can help, Brian, is to let others know about my blog and my sister bloggers (J, Chris, and Gaye). Check out the podcast (forchristianwives.com) and let others know about that, as well. Word of mouth is a way to help change culture, too!!
You’re right Bonny. Probably the biggest thing to change the overall culture in the church is to talk about it more. It’s infused in our Christian culture so much that I’m afraid to even acknowledge that I read these kinds of blogs. I came from the stereotypical church upbringing that never ever spoke of such things, and I have found that not much has changed. I would say that men especially will not talk about sex, which is probably why there are almost no men who blog on this subject.
Yes, we have to talk about it more and it is possible to talk about in a tasteful manner. That’s why the podcast team does what it does, to mentor that it’s OK to talk about and it can be done tastefully.

Bonny,
I am thankful for your ministry to married couples.
I am thankful for your willingness to help me, even though I am a husband.
I am thankful that I have family to share Thanksgiving with. I know several in our community who will be alone this Thanksgiving.
I am thankful that I have more than a loaf of bread and peanut butter for Thanksgiving, as one man told me Sunday.
I am grateful i have a warm bed, not like another who is cold and told me he needs another blanket to keep warn at night.
I am grateful that I have a refrigerator full of food, unlike the divorced woman who came to me yesterday who had nothing in her kitchen.
I am thankful for my wife who comforts me in our marriage bed each night.
I am grateful that I am mentally stable unlike a girl I met who is cutting herself due to unknown mental anguish.
There is so much I am thankful for. Thank you for giving a chance to express my gratefulness. I am tearing up thinking about it.
“The one who offers thanksgiving as his sacrifice glorifies me;
to one who orders his way rightly
I will show the salvation of God!” Psalm 50:23.
It’s soul food to find your “gratefuls.” I’m glad you have so many!
